ITFMA Certificate Program
To enroll in ITFMA’s Certificate Program, at no cost to you, check the appropriate box(es) on the back of the Speaker Evaluation Form. If you are interested in being a speaker at the ITFMA 2026 conference in Orlando, FL, check the appropriate box on the back of the form. ITFMA’s Education Certificate Program certifies completion of an extensive curriculum in IT financial management and related financial disciplines. Certificates are awarded upon completion of 60 class hours at ITFMA programs. The curriculum consists of 155 subject categories that cover the principles, practices, and procedures of financial planning, controlling, pricing, evaluating, and decision making for IT organizations. Each session attended by the certificate candidate is credited to one of these subjects. ITFMA currently offers twelve (12) types of certificates. The IT Financial Management Controllership (FMC) Certificate recognizes a breadth of education in IT financial management, the Technology Business Management (TBM) Certificate recognizes a breadth of education in IT financial management and supported disciplines, and the IT Financial Management Accounting (FMA) Certificate recognizes a more focused depth of education. If you wish certification in specialized areas of IT financial management, you also may apply for any of these nine (9) specialized certificates: IT Asset Management (AM) Certificate, IT Chargeback and Activity Based Cost (CABC) Certificate, Cloud Financial Management (CFM) Certificate, IT Financial Management Best Practices (FMBP) Certificate, IT Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting (FPBR) Certificate, Government IT Financial Management (GFM) Certificate, ITIL Financial Management (ITIL) Certificate, IT Performance Management and Benchmarking (PMB) Certificate, and Telecommunication Financial Management (TFM) Certificate. We recommend that you select no more than 2-3 specialized certificates. You will earn the certificates faster. Each hour of attendance is credited to only one of the specialized certificates. Advanced certificates are awarded for each additional 60 class hours. For more details, speak to Terry Quinlan at the Conference Registration Desk.
